Sean has over 35 years of experience owning, working and training a variety of different breeds, over several disciplines, including General Purpose Protection Dogs and Search Dogs. Sean is a Member of The Guild of Dog Trainers and recognised as a Master Trainer. Sean has acquired accreditation from the CIDBT (Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour & Training) and BIPDT (British institute of Professional Dog Trainers).  He holds a Higher Certificate in Professional Dog Training Instruction, a City & Guilds and an Advanced Professional Instructor Skills qualification. Sean also has behavioural qualifications from the Cambridge Institute and is a Full Member of the Canine and Feline Behaviour Association.  Sean has a qualification in Dog Law and was the Event Chair for the Public Policy Exchange 2023 review into Clamping Down on Dangerous Dogs: Protecting the Public and Promoting More Responsible Pet Ownership including a review of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

Sean has achieved recognition as a Kennel Club Accredited Instructor for companion dog training (KCAI CD).

​

Sean holds a level four PTTLS teaching qualification and is certified at level six to teach others wishing to become a dog trainer.

He has worked on television including a production about search dogs for the BBC Natural History Unit for BBC Worldwide, as well as programmes for BBC UK and as an expert for BBC online.

Caroline has many years of experience with dogs and was a member of the Solent Dog Display Team for 6 years performing at various venues across the south, she currently has a Border Collie and two Malinois.  Caroline holds CIDBT training and instructor qualifications.  Caroline trains puppy, obedience and agility classes.  Caroline is here to help in anyway she can.

Tony Longland

Maintenance

Tony has the job of looking after the buildings and the land. He is  happy to help out with most things around the place and he is partial to the odd bucket of tea!

Connor has been around dogs all his life including pets and working dogs.  He has worked general purpose security dogs and achieved accreditation as a NASDU certified handler.  He has a Malinois called Pablo who is an accredited working dog.  He holds CIDBT training and instructor qualifications.  Connor teaches obedience at all levels and does 121 behavioural sessions.  He is an experienced decoy and assists with the working dog training sessions.
